This is the official site for Old Dominion University (ODU) tuition rates. Rates listed on this page are effective Summer 2022. Previous 学费 Rates remain in effect through Spring 2022. There are additional fees and charges depending on academic standing, housing arrangements and other factors.

- There is no maximum tuition amount for students.
- All tuition charges are based on a per-credit-hour rate.

Active Duty 军事 学费 Rates
Effective F所有 2018, a 军事 学费 Rate is available for eligible undergraduate active duty military personnel enrolled in degree or non-degree seeking, for-credit courses offered on campus or online.
- 注意: Students who apply as active duty military will have their active duty status verified via SCRA website
- 军事 students utilizing VA Educational Benefits may have their semester charges deferred.
技术-Delivered Courses
Outside Virginia &/or the United States
Rate applicable to students enrolled in courses delivered via technology outside of Virginia and/or the United States.
注意: Distance 学习 students who relocate to Virginia are not guaranteed the in-state tuition rate. Normal 住所 rules apply.

| General 服务s 费 - $9.00 | All students pay this fee each semester, regardless of the number of classes taken. The Student 健康 费 is mandatory for students meeting the criteria below:
本科 students taking 6 or more credit hours must pay this fee each semester. 研究生 students taking 6 or more credit hours must pay this fee each semester. The fee is not charged for students taking 所有 off-campus courses. If 任何 courses are offici所有y designated as Norfolk Campus courses, then the fee is mandatory. |

The transportation fee is paid once each semester by 所有 students. However, no fee is charged during the summer term. The fee is charged for students taking courses offici所有y designated as Norfolk campus courses.
If 任何 courses are offici所有y designated as Norfolk campus courses, then the transportation fee is mandatory. |

健康 insurance charges are posted directly to the student's billing statement and are due on the tuition deadlines for the academic year. 国际 students have the option of participating in the University's Payment Plan available in F所有 and Spring semesters only.
